Please read carefully. This explains what my work is and what it is not.
Scope of services
AyurSavvy™ offers Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle education, wellness coaching, Reiki and marma (light-touch and self-touch) sessions. These services are educational and complementary. They are not medical care.
Keerty Das is a Preventive Health & Wellness Professional and Reiki Master. She is not a licensed physician, and Ayurveda is not a licensed healthcare profession in Georgia. Ayurvedic assessment looks at constitution and balance from an Ayurvedic perspective only. It does not diagnose, treat or cure any disease, and it is not a substitute for care from your physician or other licensed provider.
Your medical care
Please continue any treatment your healthcare providers have prescribed. Do not stop or change medication without speaking with your physician. Tell your physician before starting any herb or supplement discussed in session, especially if you take prescription medication, are pregnant, nursing, or preparing for surgery. If a concern is outside the scope of this practice, I will recommend that you see a licensed provider.
Reiki & marma
Reiki is a gentle energy practice offered with light touch or no touch. Marma work uses light touch or guided self-touch on specific points. Either may be adjusted or stopped at any time at your request. Please share any injuries, tender areas or recent surgeries.
Results
Ayurvedic recommendations work through consistency over time. Outcomes depend on many factors, and no specific result is promised.
